Dinner Specials

October Latitude: German Cuisine Latitude 
48º - 55º North
The German entrees are served with carrots and 
green beans with a thyme vinaigrette, kosher sauerkraut, 
and either roasted red baby potatoes or späetzle 
(a small German pasta) as stated on your entrée choice.

Beef marinated for days in red wine, vinegar and spices, then simmered in the wine sauce till very tender. Served with roasted rosemary baby red potatoes.

Tempeh with Sauerkraut
Grilled tempeh sautéed with organic sauerkraut and fresh kale, topped with a complex sweet and savory mustard sauce. Served with roasted rosemary baby red potatoes. Great Vegan dish.

Poached Trout
Fresh trout simmered in a lemon and vinegar stock and served with a side of lemon-dill sour cream sauce. Comes with späetzle with caramelized onions.

Huehner Schnitzel
Breaded breast of chicken served topped with a Riesling cream sauce. Served with späetzle tossed with browned butter and caramelized onions.

Grilled Octoberfest Sausage
Grilled German Octoberfest sausage 
(beef and pork) sliced and sautéed with 
caramelized onions, apples and fresh kale, 
served with a side of a fresh horseradish cream 
sauce and roasted rosemary creamers.

A five course pre fixe dinner from our German Specials: Helmkin appetizer, Beet Salad, Course three and four, a choice of four out of five of the German entrees served in two courses, Course five; Pear Tart Dessert.
German Dessert: Rustic Pear Torte
This heavenly dessert is made from local pears and almond paste baked in a sweet rich flaky pastry and served with vanilla ice cream and a sweet Riesling sauce.



Taste of German Rieslings
½ glass of two German Rieslings from the 
Mosel-Saar-Ruwer Region.
Sauerkraut balls served with a savory 
mustard sauce.
Chilled Roasted Beet Salad
Salad of roasted beets tossed in a red 
wine vinaigrette and served with baby lettuces 
and a dollop of fresh horseradish with sour cream.
Traditional knackwurst sausage grilled 
and served with Swiss cheese, 
sauerkraut and rye bread.
