Specials served with rosemary baby creamer potatoes or
 herbed white beans with asparagus topped with rouille.

Fresh Grilled Alaskans Halibut 
with Sautéed Leeks

Fresh Alaskan halibut grilled and served over sautéed leeks and topped with a shallot beurre blanc sauce.

Crepes de Vegetarian
Buckwheat crepes (galettes) filled with a medley of mushrooms, tofu, & brie cheese and served topped with a white wine & cream sauce and rouille.

Herb Encrusted 
New Zealand Lamb Chops

French cut lamb chops encrusted with herbs de Provence and grilled to your specifications. Served with a mint vinegar. 

Homard a L’Armoricaine – 
Lobster Slippers in Cream

Chunks of slipper lobster tails sauteed in butter and simmered in a tomato, white wine and cream sauce. Served with white beans. The quintessential Breton dish. Named L’Armoricaine because of the addition of tomatoes from the Americas.

Boeuf Bourguignon
A dish from Burgundy: 8 ounces of tri tip 
pan browned then simmered in red wine with 
vegetables till tender and served in the red 
wine gravy with sauteed mushrooms 
and petite onions.

Easter Sunday dinner from 5-9p.m. regular menu plus Ham.

Roasted garlic flavored custard served with crackers.


Escargot sautéed with butter and garlic
French garden snails sautéed with parsley garlic butter.


Salade Nicoise
Classic salad from Nice; poached salmon, 
smoked salmon, bay shrimp, boiled egg, 
olives and potatoes served on a bed of salad greens 
with a side of French Provencal dressing.


Taste of French Wines:
½ glass of two French wines paired with 
this month’s cuisines; a Macon Lugney (Chardonnay) 
and a Cotes du Rhone, Parallel 45.
